Hi, I am Rija Q, also known as Raven R, a Pakistani multidisciplinary artist based in Karachi. I make mixed media art for personal and commissioned projects.

After my business degree, I further pursued a bachelors in design from National College of Arts, Lahore, graduating in 2015. My professional expertise in creative storytelling has helped create space for art that I’ve worked on for over five years and I am eager to see where this path takes me.

I like to create work that explores introspective human experiences; the need for connection, growth and self-awareness. Inspired by artists like Harry Clarke and Alphonse Mucha, I lean on dream like story telling using symbolism, therianthropy, and mysticism to invite viewers to explore and reflect on emotional themes.

I am interested in applying a hybrid approach, exploring symbolism, creative story telling and mysticism to solve problems. My art is an act of reflection and connection.

I welcome collaborations with individuals and brands looking for meaningful, emotionally grounded visual work.
